Every written proposal and video introduction is reviewed by our team. We filter out weak candidates immediately.
Step 04
We schedule and conduct video interviews with the top candidates using Google Meet. You do not attend unless you want to.
Step 05
We present you with the top 3 candidates with our recommendation. You make the final decision — then the contract starts on the platform.
