Direct Lead - Remote Position

Glamsquad is an on-demand beauty company — clients book hair, makeup, and nail services through our app, and licensed pros come to them at home, office, or hotel. Beyond individual bookings, we run a full Weddings and Events business handling bridal parties, corporate events, and large groups. We're hiring a Direct Lead to help run day-to-day operations across our PH team. This is a second-in-command role: you'll carry full accountability for everything the team does, take on high-value projects that require coordinating with internal teams (including working with our Chief Brand Officer), and work closely with the Senior Lead of Operations on coaching agents and running the team's meetings and rhythms.
